A History Of Coffee Pods

Coffee pods are a method of making coffee by utilizing a system of placing ground coffee beans into their own paper filters, thereby eliminating the need for a separate filtering system. The original coffee pod maker was launched by a Dutch company under the trademark Senseo in February 2001. Since the launch, Senseo has developed new coffee machines and several different blends and styles of coffee.
