The first thing I use every morning is my automatic coffee maker. Yes, my son is running around the house, and our cat is mewing at my feet to be fed, but without java at morning, none of these things will get done. Though I can set my coffee brewer to brew coffee before I wake up, this is not something that I would like to do. I want to grind my beans using my old fashioned manual coffee grinder, and I have to do it right away before I brew my java. If I do not, my coffee will not be as fresh as it could be.
Some time ago I had an cheap automatic coffee maker that my husband purchased for me using his citi-bank mastercard gold card. Sure it brewed coffee well enough, however I found that the flavor was off. He bought me a more high-priced single serve coffee maker system, and I have been much happier with the taste of my morning coffee. Even though I can set the coffee brewer to brew early in the morning, I find that it’s not my thing. If there were ever something wrong with the filter, I would have coffee all over my counter. That’s really not something I would like to think about.
